The map lets you pin your (stuffed animal) location, but that’s basically it. You can’t/don’t need to hit a like button or post your lunch photo. You exist in this world and that’s something to celebrate. Maybe not a lot of people get to see you, but we see you and we wanted to say that you’re doing just fine.

地図は基本的にはぬいぐるみの場所をピンするだけの機能しかなく、いいねを押すボタンもなければ食事の写真をシェアできる機能もない。ただそこにあなた（ぬいぐるみ）が存在していると知らせる事しかできないけれど、逆にそれだけでいい。私たちは見ているし、ただそこにいるだけでいい、と思っている。

Unagi and Friends’ map fascinates me much in the same way that flight radar fascinates me. Feeling that the world is live gives me power. Where all the airplanes are heading to? It stimulates my imagination and brings me joy. I always think that each stuffed animal has a small door that leads me to a new world. When there’s a new pin on the map, it feels like I hear a voice from somewhere saying to open the door!

ウナギ＆フレンズの地図に新しいピンを見つけるとワクワクする。飛行機のフライトレーダーを見てワクワクするのと同じような感覚のワクワク。今、世界が動いていてると肌で感じられる事がパワーとなり、ワクワクさせてくれているのか。この飛行機はどこに向かっていくのか。想像力をかき立て、ワクワクさせてくれる 。ぬいぐるみ一体一体には小さなドアがあって、それぞれの世界に導いてくれると思っている 。地図にピンがされると、「ドアを開けて！」と聞こえてくるような気がする。
